Staytech started with a simple idea – to get more direct bookings, eliminate OTA fees and capture better guest data.
If you’re like us, you’ve tried offering “signup for 10% off your next stay” in your properties and on your website. It gets a few emails and may even result in the odd booking, but never really moves the needle. So we solved it – by creating the industry’s first all‑in‑one guest loyalty platform. Our story
Staytech was not started by tech-savvy software engineers who came up with a trendy new concept - it began as a way for our founder (Bronson) to drive more direct bookings for his own STR business at the top end of Australia.
Like many operators and hosts, Bronson felt that he was slowly losing control of his businesss as the OTAs continued to increase their fees & add more rules. With no effective way to collect guest data and drive consistent direct bookings, he set out on a quest to develop a sloution.
What started as a simple product has evolved into an all-in-one guest loyalty & marketing platform that you can use in your business today.
